CARE Discount Dental Plan
If you don’t have dental insurance, we offer an alternative to help cover the costs of your dental care. For $90 a year, you can receive the following benefits for a period of 12 months*:
- One free exam and one set of X-rays.
- 50% off of the following procedures:
- Sealants
- Post buildup
- Simple and surgical extractions
*In consideration of the payment made by the Plan member, 7 Day Dental will provide for member to receive specified services at a discount off usual and customary fees. This agreement will be effective for term of 12 months. This is a discount care program valid only at 7 Day Dental offices and is NOT insurance. This plan does NOT cover partial or full bony extractions, partials, dentures, dental implants, any treatment involving lab fees and/or orthodontic treatment.
